With over 33 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I’m a passionate entrepreneur in the components business industry. In these times I collected valuable experience and build up a strong customer and supplier network in the renewable, automotive and industrial application area.

Within the last 13 years I was concentrating my activities on wide band gap power materials (WBG) like Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN). The conversion from Silicon to WBG materials has just been started to improve efficiency of power supplies and decarbonize the environment across multiple industries. As an industry expert I advise companies and investment community about future trends in the SiC & GaN market and the technology advancement. 

After getting my electronic engineering degree as a Dipl.-Ing.(TH) at RWTH Aachen, I was always combining commercial and technical understanding to serve the needs of customer and suppliers.
